Playing rockabilly, punkblues, some covers some originals with influences from Mozart to Meat-allica. We don 9,t play straight covers, but put our own spin to them. Location: Kansas City, MO Description: HELLO!!!! We wanted to post this one last time in case anyone missed it. CrossFire is seeking a new member! We 6,re not losing anyone, we 6,re expanding. In an effort to focus on our musical vision, we are looking for a 2nd Guitarist to add to our mix. CrossFire is a local KC Rock Cover Band and has a wide scope of songs....from Classic Rock, Hard Rock, to some of today 6,s Pop hits....but all of it done with a Heavy Rock Edge. Now we have decided to focus. We are not going to continue with making Not Rock songs sound like Rock. We are going to start playing ALL ROCK, ALL THE TIME. Think AC/DC, Metallica, Scorpions, Motley Crue and MORE. But to achieve that, we cannot do the music justice with just one guitar. We have shows booked all the way in to Nov. 2008 and more dates are added all the time. Our goal is 8 to 12 shows a month. Right now it 6,s 2 or 3 a month. The age range of the band is in it 6,s 30s and 40s, but don 6,t let that fool you or scare you away. We keep up with the young guns just fine. You 6,re age is not important as long as you come in with the talent and personality to compliment the rest of the band. Hopefully our new addition will be able to learn songs quickly and be ready ASAP. We can continue playing as we are now, while you get up to speed, but want you in as soon as you are ready.
