Location: Denver, CO Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS The Park Creek Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, notifies all qualified persons/companies that proposals will be received for general contracting work and services in connection with the construction of STAPLETON FILING 27 BID PACKAGE, including demolition, earthwork, erosion control, wet utilities, dry utility sleeving, concrete flatwork, and asphalt roadway patching. Requests for proposal documents may be obtained from the Construction Manager, M A Mortenson Company, at the Stapleton Site Construction Office, 3280 North Trenton, Denver, CO 80207, and will be available for pickup on the afternoon of February 4, 2008. Packages including contract documents, drawings and specifications will be issued at a non-refundable cost of $20.00/set for half size plans (11x 17), and $40.00/ set of full size plans. Sealed Proposals must be submitted to the District at the above address on or before 10:00 a.m. local time on February 14, 2008. Any proposal received after this time may be rejected.
