For many years a mainstay of Mediterranean Charter Operators and as popular today as when she was designed. This example is very well equipped for coastal cruising and would make a good family yacht for a first time buyer. She benefits from a fin keel, which gives her stiffer and slightly faster performance than her bilge keeled stablemates and her owner has spent thousands on her over the last five years with all modern electronics, wiring, and a nice new shiny motor! Location: United Kingdom Description: Register with Boatshed to see 32 extra photos of this Dutch Luxemotor Barge. These boat details are subject to contract. The current owners have looked after and maintained this lovely barge exceptionally well. The exterior is nicely painted and this compliments the homely interior. She has fantastic deck space to the rear. The coachroof extends considerably over the cockpit and if you wished this would allow for the creation of another cabin just by adding glazed doors. This barge is spacious, light and airey but at the same time warm and cosy. The current mooring offers a picturesque location and the owners pay 203 per month rental. They have indicated that the marina owner would be happy for the next owner to remain located here too. You would have to ask them direct of course. This barge is well worth a good look so give me a call to view her if you like what you see. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
