A USD 45.00 fee applies for late check-out up to 4 hours. Upon check-in the guest must provide a valid credit card to be used as a security deposit against any negligence, damage or losses at the property during their stay. Please note that pool heating is a service available at a cost of USD 35.00 plus 7 percent tax per day for a minimum of 4 days. Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 11am.
