In the possession are bred goats, sheeps, cows of the Maremma and horses. Meat and cheese produced in the cheese-factory of the property, refurnish the restaurant La Posta de Cavalieri, which is located in the Country Relais.Moreover, the possession is supplied with a Horse-riding circle and organizes the Irish Drag Hunt, it is possible to ride with an instructor and to make promenades with a guide.The Drag Hunt is organized in the period which goes from October to May. The Horse-riding circle was the first in Italy to be approved by the notorious British Horse Society, in 1999. The scenario is that of the Tuscia, also called High Latium or Southern Etruria.
