Description: At the Massif du Sud Tourist Station, each downhill run is an ultimate discovery for skiers of all level. With the highest skiable terrain in Quebec (915m), and 400 meters vertical drop, the Massif du Sud offers you breathtaking scenery in exceptional skiing conditions all season long There are already 20 years since the first skiers began to hit the slopes and discover the secret. Enthusiasts before them had already walked the mountain and discovered what was going to his reputation, his unique powder. These are courageous people who did not hesitate to talk about their ideas and create an active group to launch the project of the South Massif. You had to have the ambition to see a ski resort in the mountain through the virgin forest, pathless and without infrastructure services. Many stories that happened at that time have now become legends of the Massif and an integral part of our epic. In the early days of the resort, Massif du Sud observed the tenacity and pride of the locals. Despite the pitfalls, they are once again together and persevered in order to live and discover their jewel. The effort was noble and all knew the potential of this part of the country among the finest in Quebec. Since 2007, the Solid South is growing at an incredible speed and Quebec recognizes its entire splendor. The orientation of the station remains in connection with the origin of the first riders of the tracks, offering a playground simple and unique. New products are added, such as Heli-Safari or yurts, which shows the effort to always be different and incomparable. The imagination of a few men will be enabled to enjoy the unique experience offered by the South Massif thousands of fans.
