Phlox 2523 has 2 bedrooms plus loft and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps 4-7 guests. A rollaway bed can also be added for a small fee. nAs you enter into Phlox 2523, the master bedroom is located directly on the right and offers a queen-size bed, two side tables and reading lamps on each side. This room also features a remote-controlled ceiling fan/light and built-in closet organizer. nThe bathroom is located one door up on the right and features new quartz counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, and an oversized shower with 2 showerheads and a wild animal stone tile motif with glass doors. The laundry is also located on this level and features a full-size, stacked washer and dryer and a pull-down ironing center. The toilet and shower area are separate from the laundry facilities and sink. nThe newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation! The garden suite comes with a spacious attached bathroom that is the one shared bathroom of the property.
