Between the two buildings, surrounded by lawn and garden, is the swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-October. In addition, a small bed can be located on the entrance balcony. The nearby bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, WC, and sink. From the first floor there is direct access to a terrace on the East side of the villa. An outside stairway provides access to a covered terrace on the South side and a partially covered terrace on the East side. Guests can choose to enjoy sun or shade at any time of day all year round. The Bracciano apartment has radiant floor heating on the ground floor and central heating on the first floor. n nPodere Proceno is situated on approximately 4 acres in the rolling countryside, on the border between northern Lazio and southern Tuscany. It is just 2.5 km west of the charming village of Proceno, between the village and Castel Azzara. Access to the guest house is via a 1.5 km section of unpaved road in an area that contains the ruins of many Etruscan dwellings. Nearby Proceno is host to an assortment of shops, cafes, and a well-regarded restaurant located in a castle. Description:This ancient, beautiful Amalfi Coast villa, set in a secluded and peaceful spot, offers a charming, extensive view of the famous village of Positano, the coastline, and the sea. The villa offers comfortable, high-quality accommodations for those who seek seclusion, making it an excellent choice for a restful and unforgettable vacation rental in an authentic Amalfi Coast villa. n n(300 m2 of terraces) From the parking area, there is a short walk along the coastal road (200 meters), which leads to a stairway of 174 steps. At the top of the stairway, a shady path leads through a wooded area. The house is past the wrought iron gate at the end of the path. Tall cypress trees surround the tranquil area in front of the villa. At the entrance, there is a delightful solarium terrace with a beautiful view on one side of the house. This terrace has deck chairs, built-in seating, and a sun umbrella. On a slightly raised level, there is a pretty cane-covered pergola, underneath it there is marble dining table for 12 people. From this terrace, guests can enter the house either on the first floor, or by taking the external covered staircase (17 steps). It leads down to a lovely courtyard, which is partly covered by a vine pergola, and has a marble table for 12 people. Description:This villa offers a classic Tuscan setting with views, as well as easy accessibility to Florence by train from the nearby town of Pistoia. When not out exploring, this Tuscany accommodation has a picturesque swimming pool and is located on an estate that produces its own olive oil and wine. n n(2 hectares) This villa, with its traditional Tuscan architecture, is accessible via an unpaved country road (about 300 meters long).
