Rue Guigonis is just one street back from Place Saint Francois and just a few minutes walk to the Cours Saleya, and then the beach and renowned Promenade des Anglais. This holiday rental apartment is a great base to enjoy all the Old Town has to offer. The main bus station (for the Airport bus and transport links all over the Cc3b4te d'Azur) is a five minute walk through the old town. The hill is more of a small incline and guests shouldn't be concerned by it, (its very easy we promise) though you should take note if you are with small children or have elderly parents with you. The advantage is that the location is a much quieter spot than most of the Old Town, but still minutes away from all the character and charm the Old Town offers. nThe rental apartment is on the first floor of a typical building without a lift. nLiving Area nThe large living area has a three seater sofa and a large chair. For entertainment there is a 42 inch LCD screen along with plenty of shelving units holding books and DVDs. There is a perspex coffee table and rug for enoying drinks and snacks and for more formal dining, a table and four chairs. Should you ever decide to invite friends to sample your market spoils, the table pulls out to seat up to eight. nGuests will find the ceiling fan a big bonus in summer months. In winter there is gas central heating. nBathroom nThe bathroom has a bath with shower over, a large wash basin and mirror with lights. The toilet is also here as well as the washing machine. nKitchen nThe kitchen has a four ring gas hob with extractor fan and an electric oven.
