Description:The Beach Cottage is a magical place. It sits just 30 steps from the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. It was built in the 1920’s and has been in the same family for 60 years. Its located on a quiet pedestrian walk street. It has been completely renovated with all the modern conveniences. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and also can bed rented as a 3 bedroom 2 bath.. Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, private courtyard with a outdoor eating area that has a BBQ, patio furniture, and an outdoor shower. Queen beds in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room... The kitchen has all high end appliances Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system. The neighborhood is the best area of Venice beach, very quiet and safe. A 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops on Washington Bl.. Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1 block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away. The cottage has all quality linens/towels, we also have DSL, 3 plasma TV’s with Direct TV/HBO, DVD, local phone service, washer/dryer, fax, beach chairs, body boards, fishing pole, and bikes can be rented for $50 per week. 1 car garage for small to medium sized cars. Description:This recently remodeled home is nestled among an oak grove, a waterfall garden and a vineyard in the hills above Stanford University. Description:Very nice beach bungalow.. 1 block to beach and to all the nice shops and restaurants that are along Abbot Kinney Blvd. This bungalow has a mini gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, Meile dishwasher, and a filtered water system. It has vaulted ceilings, wood floors, and a small private deck area that has a BBQ, chairs, and a table. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom which is an open loft area that is up a steep set of stairs. There is a 32 plasma TV with Direct TV in the living room, and a 20 in the bedroom. We also have High Speed Internet, fax machine, local phone service, DVD, beach chairs, washer/dryer in unit, and quality linens and towels are provided. We can arrange bike rentals for $50 per week. Parking is available for a small car only. Peak Summer $1450 per week (May 1st to Oct 1st) Off Peak $1250 per week (Oct 1st to May 1st) $125 cleaning fee. 14% city tax $500 refundable security.

Description:The apartment is located 700 meters (less than a 10 min. walk) from the blue flag beach of Playa La Mata Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca South. There is a beautiful pool and well looked after gardens with flower beds. There are prom bars, restaurants and several beach bars actually on the beach. The holiday apartment is situated at the brow of a hill, hence the beautiful view of the Med. No problem to my wife and I (oap,s) but the elderly and infirm may find it rather steep. A car is not essential as there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach all in close proximity. Within a short walk you will find Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and, of course, English restaurants. There is a supermarket 3/4 minutes away and several others within a 15 minute walk. The Costa Blanca is noted for it's beautiful blue flag beaches. Once at the beach, you can walk for several kilometers along the beautiful sands stopping at the beach bars on the way. By car you can visit the many coastal resorts up and down the Costa Blanca Coast. There are some really nice places well worth visiting. There are 2 bus services. Only 3/4 minutes to the bus stop to take you into Torrevieja. To La Mata centre stroll through the Water Park on your way. A really nice walk. You will pass the Mississippi bar/restaurant. This restaurant is well worth an evening visit. A bit more pricey but good value.
