Description:This is a beautiful Florida style home on the nicest lot in the Dunes, a quiet country club community located conveniently near the causeway for easy access on and off the island. We have extensive lake frontage facing west over conservation land to spectacular sunsets and fascinating wildlife. Egrets, herons, and woodstorks are frequent guests on our lawn, osprey and an occasional bald eagle soar overhead, and fish jump in the lake. Beaches are a short bike ride away. r n r nMulti-car or boat parking occupies the ground level, where we also have multi-speed bikes available to guests.
