There are lots of characters on the street at any given time. I do not feel unsafe living here, but I pay attention—as one should in any big city setting. Description:This is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental duplex (2 units, 1800 square feet each). Each unit has 3 bedrooms with an unobstructed ocean view, with an even better view from the great room/kitchen area. There are 2 1/2 baths in each. Completed in 2003, they have all the amenities with lovely granite, marble and tile kitchen and bathrooms. The master suite has a 2-person whirlpool tub and a shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, dishwasher, and gas cooking appliances. The great room has a cozy gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD with movies, a balcony facing the ocean, and magnificent views of the ocean and the offshore islands that make Bandon so beautiful. There is a private sheltered deck on the east, a two-car garage, laundry facilities, gas BBQ, and everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Each unit sleeps 8 comfortably. The north unit has a king, queen, two twins, and a full futon. The south has a king, a queen, a full, a twin, and a queen hide-a-bed. Absolutely no smoking or pets.
