There is one flight of exterior stairs to reach the apartment followed by 2 short flights of interior stairs. 4. Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the apartment or at the property 5. We do not have parking at the premises 6. Both bedroom windows open onto Hyde Street, the Cable Car line. If you are not used to city noises, the Cable Car can seem quite loud if you have the windows open. The windows are modern double-pane & therefore block out most of the noise when the windows are closed. 7. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests sharing 2 beds (each is a queen bed). The living room is not suitable for sleeping. 8. We do not have cribs or other sleeping arrangements for babies (guests often contact a local rental service for these items)

Description:The apartment is situated on the second floor of a grand apartment block and less than a 3 minute walk from the Franklin Roosevelt Metro Station on the Champs Elysees. The main entrance hallway, with wooden floors, leads through into the Living Room and the Study and the bright and comfortable living/dining room has wooden floors with fireplaces, and French windows looking out over the balcony to the street below. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer with integrated filtered water and ice maker. There is also a small breakfast table for 4 people. The Master Bedroom faces to the street and has a King size 4 poster bed and an en suite bathroom with WC, twin basins and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds with can be zipped together to form a double bed. The room faces the internal courtyard and has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, and basin. There is also a separate WC. The Study/TV room boasts a 42” Plasma TV with Cable channels and DVD and Blu ray player, and an I Pod docking station with surround sound. There is a PC, with broadband internet and a printer/scanner. There is also a Sofa Bed which folds down into a double bed which could accommodate up to 2 children.
