We are offering an olympic let from 24th July to 12th Aug (or later) and also during the paralympics 18th Aug to 5th Sept. ************** Location ************** Our house is 5 minutes walk from Dalston Junction overground train, which is 3 short stops from the Stratford Olympic Village. Our house is located in Newington Green which is within a few minutes walk of Dalston/Stoke Newington/Hackney. This is a very bohemian and hip part of London. There are many funky cafe's, restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. There are also some lovely green parks and playgrounds within an easy walk. Clissold park with it's newly restored historic house/cafe, playground, open spaces and ponds is a 15 minute walk. We are a 10 minute bus ride to Upper St Islington. Islington has many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Our house is on Mildmay Rd, which is a quiet leafy road. The timeout.com rated coffee shop 'Tina we salute you' is 3 minutes walk. Central London and all major London attractions are only 30 minutes away by tube or bus. The reason for offering a resonable rent is because in the other room on the 2nd floor of our house is our office. We run an IT business from our house. From Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7pm our employee works in our office, and will do so during this rental period. He has worked with us for 6 years. He works quietly in the office. This romantic and elegantly furnished house has a very welcoming feel. Just 90 minutes away from Athens, it is the ideal solution for families and couples year-round with breathtaking views and swimming, snorkeling, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, water-skiing, hiking and sightseeing opportunities.
