The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, disposal, ceramic top stove, microwave, blender, bread maker, food processor, coffeemaker, service for 10, corian counters, pantry closet, and every kind of utensil imaginable. There is a dining alcove seating four in the kitchen which overlooks the lake. The sink has an additional water filter installed. A spacious laundry room with washer, dryer, utility sink, and additional storage is on the first floor. r n r nThe second floor contains the private, spacious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, king size bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, large screen TV with CD/DVD player, and a huge bathroom with separate shower and two-person jacuzzi hot tub. A large private balcony overlooks the lake and pool. r n r nThe yard is well-landscaped with citrus in season. The pool is heated with a new pool deck and an outdoor shower. There is additional poolside furniture and a large 3 burner gas grill. r n r nThis is a lived-in private home that is fully furnished and equipped in a very well-maintained community on a quiet 3 mile long loop road. The country club clubhouse, with an excellent 18 hole challenging course and complete practice facility as well as 8 Har-Tru tennis courts is just around the corner. Our newly-furnished resort-style luxury condo at Windsor Hills Resort offers you 'home away from home' experience. It offers you the ability to relax and unwind in an informal setting with the amenities of an upscale hotel. We are conveniently located about 2 miles (3.5 kms) from the gates of Disney World. Our condo is on the second floor with just a few stairs from the ground floor leading to it. Our condo has several attributes typically not found even in the most expensive hotels/ resorts. For example, all rooms have private LCD TVs, all beds have plush memory-foam mattresses, the kids LCD TV has DVD Player connected (so they can watch a cartoon movie while adults can watch another movie). We have provided a high-quality refrigerator that has in-built water-filter. We did it so we could enjoy whenever we visited and we will be happy to offer it for your enjoyment. We have a local Property Management Company take care of the property. They are available on 24 x 7 basis for any emergency. The Clubhouse staff is very friendly and will be happy to provide you with any information/ assistance. This gated resort-community is secured through single-point entrance and Security personnel. At least 1 week before your Check-in Date you will receive the Access Code to our condo door. Just punch in your Code and the door unlocks. Sleep Well: We have 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds (that are over 6' in length) and all beds have new plush memory-foam mattresses! In addition, we have a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 people. Eat Well: We have well-equipped kitchen with crockery and cutlery for your cooking pleasure. Our stainless steel refrigerator has in-built water-filter. We recommend you take along our filtered water in bottles when you go out. It is wise to not rely on tap water offered by restaurants. In addition, our well-decorated dining table will hopefully get all your family members together (as such, once grown-up kids are inside Disney or other theme parks, do not count on them sticking around adults). Enjoy Well: all our rooms have their own private LCD TVs. The kids room LCD TV has DVD Player connected so kids can watch their own cartoons while adult watch TV programs or movies on DVD Player in the living/ family room.
