A stunning water feature off the living and dining room, showcasing a beautiful carved buddha face creates an air of calm and serenity. nThe private 10 meter pool includes an integral jacuzzi that sits adjacent to a beautiful sala. The sala, fitted out as one large day bed, provides respite from the heat of the day as well as a fantastic venue for the whole group to come together. The outdoor bar is a great place to enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down and with the 32 LCD, you can even watch your favourite football team in action while enjoying the benefits of the tropical weather. nThe Villa - Three beautiful bedrooms in the main villa, each with their own modern ensuite bathroom and their own individual style open onto the pool. nA separate garden villa provides two more charming bedrooms and an adjoining TV room. If more beds are required there is even a daybed and trunk bed in the TV room so the garden suite can comfortably accommodate upto six guests. The garden suite comes with a spacious attached bathroom that is the one shared bathroom of the property. The TV room like the main villa living room, is set beneath an elegant Thai style vaulted roof. All rooms in the villa have a TV and DVD player. In the garden suite, there is a 32 inch TV and DVD player in the adjoining TV room. nAn excellent sound system using Denon amps and JBL speakers, give surround sound TV in the living and dining room and can also pipe music to the outside bar and sala. An iPod docking system allows guest to plug into the integral sound system. nThe villa is equipped with mood lighting using a Vantage system that dims and creates a seductive ambience at night. nThe villa is also fitted out with a number of universal power sockets in each room so that for appliances using 240v no adaptors are required. nFree wireless internet is accessible throughout the villa aswell as cable TV in all the bedrooms. Description:This is a beautiful Florida style home on the nicest lot in the Dunes, a quiet country club community located conveniently near the causeway for easy access on and off the island. We have extensive lake frontage facing west over conservation land to spectacular sunsets and fascinating wildlife. Egrets, herons, and woodstorks are frequent guests on our lawn, osprey and an occasional bald eagle soar overhead, and fish jump in the lake. Beaches are a short bike ride away. r n r nMulti-car or boat parking occupies the ground level, where we also have multi-speed bikes available to guests. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, covered decks on both sides, and a large great room with dining area, wet bar, and home entertainment center. It opens onto a very large west facing lanai with additional dining area that overlooks the pool, with the lake and the nature preserve beyond. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, disposal, ceramic top stove, microwave, blender, bread maker, food processor, coffeemaker, service for 10, corian counters, pantry closet, and every kind of utensil imaginable. There is a dining alcove seating four in the kitchen which overlooks the lake. The sink has an additional water filter installed. A spacious laundry room with washer, dryer, utility sink, and additional storage is on the first floor. r n r nThe second floor contains the private, spacious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, king size bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, large screen TV with CD/DVD player, and a huge bathroom with separate shower and two-person jacuzzi hot tub. A large private balcony overlooks the lake and pool. r n r nThe yard is well-landscaped with citrus in season. The pool is heated with a new pool deck and an outdoor shower. There is additional poolside furniture and a large 3 burner gas grill. r n r nThis is a lived-in private home that is fully furnished and equipped in a very well-maintained community on a quiet 3 mile long loop road. The country club clubhouse, with an excellent 18 hole challenging course and complete practice facility as well as 8 Har-Tru tennis courts is just around the corner. Tee times, court times, clinics, and private instruction are readily available.
