Overlooking the water, you will enjoy the view of Clover Passage while watching eagles fly over and land in the trees on the property. Conveniently located adjacent to Knudson Cove Marina and near Clover Pass Resort at Mile 14 North Tongass Highway, you are right on the fishing grounds for catching five species of salmon (King, Coho, Sockeye, Chum and Humby) along with a wide variety of bottom fish (halibut, ling cod, Yellow Eye or Red Snapper, and Rock cod to name a few). n nThe first floor in this two-story house has an open floor plan. The outfitted full kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator, glass top electric range, over-counter microwave and is stocked with condiments, staples, coffee, tea, spices. Breakfast foods are not provided. n nThe dining room has a large table with ten chairs and the island in the kitchen can seat four more people.
