Description:Beautiful villa with a guest house Fantastically located on the edge of a Natural Park 10 minutes away from Sitges with its long beaches, restaurants, cafes, tapa bars and nightclubs. Sleeps 16 to 19 in 7 bedrooms. The house is set on a very spacious plot which overlooks the picturesque valley of Sant Pere de Ribes. This tranquil haven offers complete privacy. The 2 room guest house, has a separate entrance and its own bathroom. Ideal for families. Sitges is a 10 minute drive away and Barcelona is 35. The Penedes wine making region is just around the corner. Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with double beds and attached toilet (can sleep 8). 3 spacious bedrooms downstairs. Guest house with 2 double rooms and attached bathroom. Bathrooms: One water closet upstairs. Downstairs full bathroom with huge bath and additional bathroom with shower attached to the guest house. Kitchen: Open kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher etc. Utility Room: Washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc. Living Rooms: Large living room with fireplace and french windows going to the big terrace with splendid views of the valley below. Other: Separate guest house with own bathroom. Air Conditioning througout the property. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen included.
