Its located on a quiet pedestrian walk street. It has been completely renovated with all the modern conveniences. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and also can bed rented as a 3 bedroom 2 bath.. Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, private courtyard with a outdoor eating area that has a BBQ, patio furniture, and an outdoor shower. Queen beds in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room... The kitchen has all high end appliances Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system. The neighborhood is the best area of Venice beach, very quiet and safe. A 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops on Washington Bl.. Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1 block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away.
