This gorgeous villa has four spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a separate dining room for up to 12 people comfortably seated – both rooms provide direct access to a large semi-covered gallery, guest toilet, private office, a kitchen to die for, an ample playroom and movie room, infrared sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi, lap pool, a green garden with giant palm trees, a beautiful palapa with its own fireplace, storage room, private parking and ample facilities for the staff (including two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, laundry room).ç All bedrooms and their bathrooms are located in the upper level and all the living areas are located at the ground level, except for the playroom and movie room that are located in the basement, as well as the service areas. Air-conditioning and heating is available throughout the house, as well as wi-fi internet service, and all the bedrooms, living and dining rooms have incredible ocean views. But facilities go beyond the house: a 4WD utility vehicle is included for the use of guests and it is ideal to go to beach and transport your towels, beach chairs, parasols, etc. A modern Regal sport cruiser is also available at extra cost to explore nearby islands, do some fishing and enjoy your beach vacation at its fullest.

Description:Villa Sophie would be a good choice for families with young children as the villa has restricted access to the swimming pool (gate at the top of the steps leading from the villa to the garden & pool area). The internal layout will also appeal to couples or a larger family holidaying together with one double bedroom (with private balcony) & bathroom on the ground floor and another double bedroom (with private balcony) the twin room (with access to the large 1st floor terrace) & shower room on the first floor. Villa Sophie stands in a private plot of 1,000m2 on the outskirts of the village of Kokkino Chorio, only 10 minutes walk to the local taverna and shop. The villa has far reaching views over the village to the White Mountains and across Souda Bay to the Akrotiri peninsula. The large swimming pool is surrounded by sun bathing terraces which all have glorious views across the bay. Villa Sophie has been built and furnished in a traditional style but offers up to the minute fittings and equipment. In keeping with its luxury status, the villa is air-conditioned and well maintained throughout. The ground floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge which is all open plan. The focal points of the lounge area are the beautiful stone fireplace and the wooden french doors opening up to two balconies with views. For your entertainment there is a TV with satellite reception (not SKY), DVD player, CD player, radio & playstation. DVDs, CDs, books and games are provided. One of the sofas converts to a sofa bed for one. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with stainless steel appliances including a large fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine, (located in the ground floor bathroom). Completing the ground floor accommodation is one of the two double bedrooms which has its own private, furnished, side terrace and a bathroom with bath, shower, wc and washbasin. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other is a twin room. The double room has its own private furnished balcony and the twin room has access to the large, furnished, 1st floor terrace. Note that shade is provided on this terrace by a parasol. There is a shower room adjoining the two 1st floor bedrooms with a large shower, wc and wash hand basin. The bedrooms all have plenty of storage with wardrobes and drawer storage space, bedside cabinets, bedside lights and hairdryers. Outside, the private 50m2 pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with sun loungers, umbrellas and small tables for drinks etc. The other external spaces are well furnished with outdoor tables and chairs for al fresco dining. Part of the garden has been planted with aromatic herbs which the cook is welcome to use. There is a BBQ situated on the front terrace so that the cook can also enjoy the sea views and glorious sunsets. At night the exterior is well lit so that you can enjoy relaxing evenings around the villa. The villa and its grounds are within a walled and gated plot with private parking for at least 2 cars. As well as the working fireplace, the property is centrally heated which makes it a good choice for early or late season holidays when some heating may be required if the evenings are chilly. Villa Sophie is licensed for holiday rentals with the Greek Tourist Authorities (EOT). Licence number 10 42 K 12 3K 03500 0 0 Villa Sophie is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings). Description:In a great location on the edge of Kokkino Chorio village and very popular with guests who return year after year, Villa Arianna is a detached, 2 bed/ 2 bath villa. It stands in a large private plot of approx 1,000m2 and has far reaching views of The White Mountains and sea views across Souda Bay to the Akrotiri peninsula. Villa Arianna is air-conditioned throughout and is furnished in a bright, modern style. The spacious ground floor accommodation consists of an open plan lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. There is a ground floor shower room with wc, shower and wash handbasin. The lounge/diner has a large dining table with chairs to easily seat 6, an attractive open fireplace, two double sofa beds and extensive fitted cupboards for clothes storage (for guests occupying the sofa beds on the ground floor), occasional furniture housing the hi-fi system with a selection of CDs, a TV with separate DVD player and for children, a playstation with a selection of games. Two sets of double doors open up from the lounge on to a shaded, covered terrace, the gorgeous sea views and then on to the pool terrace. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both of which are on the first floor. Both bedrooms are well furnished with hanging and drawer storage and both have direct access to a balcony with sea views. The family bathroom with bath, shower, wc and basin is on the first floor. There is another 1st floor balcony which faces the mountains, this is a perfect sun trap and private retreat. Outside, the gardens surrounding the villa are becoming well established with mature olive trees and a variety of flowers and shrubs, the garden is fenced and gated making it a safe haven for families with children. The private pool is surrounded by sun bathing terraces from where you can enjoy the lovely sea views to the front of the villa. The villa has a magnificent stone built bbq and gazebo overlooking the sea offering guests the chance to cook and eat outdoors with some welcome shade from the heat of the day, at night the whole area can be lit creating a wonderful setting for BBQ's as the sun sets. Private parking is provided within the gates of the plot and the villa is accessed from the parking area down a short flight of steps (with handrails) however for guests who do not feel comfortable negotiating steps, there is another pedestrian entrance which provides access without having to use the steps.
