The living area has luxurious seating, a flat screen TV with surround sound, expanded cable, movie channels and a DVR. A gas fireplace centers the end wall of the living room. The large kitchen area offers plenty of counter space, 2 dishwashers, 2 full sinks, a microwave, a range/oven plus a second cook top. The kitchen has an electric griddle, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Spices and baking essentials are also stocked in the pantry. The breakfast bar has seating for 8 and the adjacent dining area seats 12 at the large natural wood table. A screened porch adjoins the kitchen with a picnic table for outside dining while watching the beautiful sunset. The large wrap around porch off the great room has a picnic table and multiple chairs for beach watching. Also on this level is a cozy sunroom with large windows on three sides perfect for beach watching in air condition comfort. Also on this level is a large king master bedroom with a 19e2809d flat screen TV with DVD as well as a private bath including a Jacuzzi tub.
