Description:Arriving at the Paradise Resort is breathtaking. First you see the incredible views from the street overlooking San Diego Bay and the downtown area. nThis century old home has so much to offer. Walk up the steps into a covered patio with a swing seat for two. Look to your right and you can stroll around to the side of the house with more seating for 8, outside dining table and magnificent bay and city views. nEnter through the front door to some cozy seating around the fireplace. nTo your left is the living room with flat screen TV and lots of comfy couches. To your right is another living room with ample seating around a coffee table overlooking again the magnificent views. nThrough the french doors you will find the full size pool table for some really good family fun. nThe dining room is off the poolroom area and offers seating for up to 12. China is provided. nThe kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave etc. nDownstairs is also the excercise room which overlooks the swimming pool. There is a treadmill and an Eliptical for after the sumptuous dinners you have had in the nearby walk to restaurants. nBedrooms: The Paradise Resort boasts 6 bedrooms. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: nOn the main floor is the master suite with King Bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and sauna! nThe 2nd bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that has a daybed and view of the swimming pool - this room is connected to the 2nd guest bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. nUpstairs is the 4th bedroom with queen bed and private deck. nThe 5 th bedroom has bunk beds. nThe 6th bedroom has 2 twin beds. nUpstairs there is also an office with a desk and chair for your laptop. nThere is one bathroom upstairs with double vanity and sinks, shower/tub combo and toilet. n nOutside is an oversized swimming pool with a small baja area that is just 8 deep where you can relax with a book on one of the chairs and umbrella keeping your feet cool. nThere also is a beautiful rock waterfall keeping the water flowing and a swim up area that has underwater stools that allow you to sit in the pool whilst having your lunch! The kids love to have watermelon and fresh pineapple left on plates by the stools so they can snack whilst they swim. n nThere is also the jacuzzi which can be used day or night - the entire pool area lights up like magic in the evening. There is a firepit with lounge chairs for eating marshmellows in the evening and also on a higher level with views of the Bay is the outside dining table with lots of seating. Outside plastic ware is provided for your meals. The gas grill is conveniently positioned here also. nBeyond the fenced pool area is the childrens playground with wonderful climbing play equipment and if you are feeling like a soccer match simply walk to the other side of the property to the playing field with room for any ball game. nThere is a small granny flat located behind the garage that a tenant lives in. She has her own yard and entrance and keeps very much to herself. Her name is Donna and is very sweet. n n nThe Paradise Resort is located on a hill overlooking San Diego Bay and the downtown area. nYou can simply walk to some fantastic restaurants and shops. nThere is a playing field down the street and it is a lovely walk along Kellog Beach where you can bask on the sand, play in the tidepools and even let your dog run on La Playa. nWalk to the San Diego Yacht Club, Shelter Island or to The Brigantine Restaurant. It is just 1/2 a mile to Sunset Cliffs surf beach and there are some long boards at the house for your use. nLiberty Station is a 5-7 min drive as is downtown and Ocean Beach. nVisit the San Diego Zoo or Seaworld both within 15 mins from home. n nThis is a vacation you will never forget and return again and again.
