You'll be in the heart of Barcelona as soon as you walk out of our building and experience Las Ramblas, The Gothic Neighborhood, Raval, and all the museums in the area, it's all nearby. Our neighborhood is always very busy and full of life and you'll find everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants, banks, bike rental, etc.The zone / neighborhood is the old gotic area. The oldest part of barcelona and also the most interesting of it, with many great places to see.You will be 5 mins walking distance from most part of museums and important buildings and also from the beach.The gotic area is also well know for the night activity. Bars, Clubs, Restaurants, etc. You can reach all this walking relaxed during night and day. You can reach most of the city sights and you can also go out of town by train and enjoy the beaches or the beautiful Catalan little towns. My apartment has got 2 private rooms with private bahroom and it's shared with me and sometimes with an other guest.It is renovated and fully equipped with internet, washing machine and tv. The room is big with a sliding door, has a double bed and it is comfortable for couples or a single person. The room has got a balcony and a window with a nice view of our street and a huge terrase.I'll provide sheets and towels, of course.In the property guests may find all the amenities for a pleasant stay:- Internet access in the whole property ( wireless internet included )- A / C air conditioning with fresh and warm air ( heating bomb )- heating system-washing machine with dryer.The property it is located in a building with an elevator.I'll do as much as I can for you to have a pleasant stay..The price that appears here .. on the right side of this website is the price.
