Groceries can be purchased for you and charged to your account, or you can source them yourself from the local supermarket in Holetown. Gather together for an evening meal of delicious, homemade food prepared by the cook and order your choice of fine wines or champagne to celebrate your holiday or special occasion. Stay close to home by visiting Holetown (5 minutes to the north), with its lively atmosphere on Second Street, with plentiful bars and a variety of restaurants or venture further north, to Speightstown, for some authentic local flavour and freshly caught fish. Travel further afield to the south coast, where you can explore jazzy bistros in Bridgetown, find nightclubs that will take you into the wee hours, stop off at any of the bars and restaurants dotted along the coastline and take a walk through St Lawrence Gap. On a Wednesday or a Friday, head to Oistins, where the catch of the day is grilled right in front of you, island-style. Perfect for families or groups of friends, Vistamar has the freedom of a home away from home, as each day is your own. Guests at Vistamar have access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, tennis, golf, the Spa and fine restaurants, the villa is also close to Holetown and Speightstown, and all the amenities that the west coast of Barbados has to offer.
