With large, expansive common areas and five air conditioned bedroom suites, Casa Delfín is situated on its own lot with plenty of off street parking and can accommodate up to 14. The main living area, dining area, and kitchen are all on the second floor. From the broad veranda, you can relax with your coffee and watch the birds as you are at the same height as the treetops. Description:The Silver Kingdom Residence is an alluring deluxe, seven bedroom, six bath,spacious home located on the Aspen Municipal Golf Course, only a short drive, or bus ride from town. This home is truly unique and is perfect for family reunions or larger private parties. The top floor offers extensive windows that provide abundant Aspen sun and glittering views of Pyramid peak and surrounding mountains. Dressed with formal living area, a wood-burning fireplace, proper dining for eight and a contemporary kitchen. Venturing off the main dining room is the private back-deck with a ten-person hot tub and small trails up the private hill in the back for viewing the Roaring Fork Valley from Independence Pass to Mount Sopris. This floor holds two private sitting rooms and four bedrooms, all with king beds that can be split into twins, and three full, contemporary bathrooms. Some bathrooms have steam showers and some have Jacuzzi jetted tubs offering the utmost relaxation. The second floor offers a more casual living area, with relaxed dining for eight, another full kitchen, more laundry facilities, and three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms offer king beds that can be split into twins, and one of these bedrooms has a queen bed. The bedroom with the queen is designed to be more self-contained with a private entrance, bath, small refrigerator, and microwave. All of the bedrooms have private televisions and VCRs, and there are four sofa beds located throughout the home. This home also offers a heated garage and is protected by key code entry. The free skier shuttle is located 30 feet from the front door, and cross-country skiers can ski onto the Golf Course without impediment. This home is truly beautiful, comfortable, classy, and can accommodate 15-20 people comfortably.

Description:The property also has a shared outdoor exercise area. Gas and coal BBQs are available for outdoor entertaining. The interior of the home was remodeled in 2006, and features many antiques from around the world. All units have wireless internet or plug in for your computer, with full cable broadband bandwidth. All units feature digital TV with HBO and showtime on demand, thirty music stations, TV Pizza Hut deliveries, and pay-per-view movies. The phone line is shared with free long distance calls to US and Canada. Two washers and dryers are shared between the units. All linens are provided, including beach & bath towels. There is secure parking for one car for each unit in the driveway, and there is a bus stop in front of the home. There is a very old thick rock wall surrounding the property, with mature foliage, adding a measure of privacy and shielding the property from road noise. The property has monitored security cameras and a motion light system. There is a private gated walkway with four steps to the white sand beach. Although bugs are common in Hawaii, as in all tropical areas, we take great care to keep our units immaculately clean, and maintain screens and seals on doors and windows. The yard and outside of home is professionally treated for bugs quarterly. The home was tented for termites in 2006.
