This kitchen has all of the style of a top chef kitchen with its barracuda blue granite, Sub Zero Appliances, and upscale light oak cabinetry. There is no better way to spend a vacation with your family than to know you will be able to prepare meals, snacks, and enjoy the beautiful view from the window that overlooks the pool and bay. This is truly a Chef’s Dream. The living area has enough space for family and friends to gather around and watch TV and enjoy those lazy days at home. There is also a sitting room by the fireplace and a wonderful outside space for just relaxing and unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The dining area is parallel to the kitchen and seats 10 comfortably, but for added seating there is also a second table across from the sitting room where you can seat 4-6 more guests easily. Outside you will find a wonderful pool and Jacuzzi. The pool is perfect for swimming, sunbathing or just soaking your feet in while reading a book. As you walk down towards the water you will find the influence behind the name, Villa Pappagallo, which means Parrots in Italian. These beautiful tropical birds come with the house, a wildlife caretaker feeds them daily and you can enjoy talking to them and listening to their conversations. They are truly a treat for small children, but please keep your hands out of the cages to prevent injury.
