The living/​dining room has bay views (Berkeley to Alcatraz). A full wall of closets in the bedroom allow for plenty of space for a longer stay. The front south-facing balcony porch looks over the yard. The property is located in the Aquatic Park of Russian Hill, just 2 blocks from the bay (Hyde Street Pier). Walk only a few blocks to popular destinations like Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Hyde Street Pier, North Beach (Little Italy), Russian Hill, and the Embarcadero. The famous San Francisco cable car stops ½ block from the property and takes you up Russian Hill, through Nob Hill, down to Union Square and Market Street (down-town shopping area). Walk one block to bus lines that take you East, West, and South through the City, to many of San Francisco's great attractions. Description:This spaceous 2 BR, 2.5 baths apartment was owned by Moreira Franco, the Governor of Rio de Janiero State from 1991-1994. 5 years ago it underwent a year of extensive renovations. It now offers a level of design, sophistication and comfort unmatched in the city of Rio. Great Copacabana Location Located within 2 blocks from Ipanema, this block is considered to be one of the best, most secure blocks of Copacabana. Right in the same block there’s an HSBC bank that has a 24 hour ATM machine and accepts Cirrus and Plus system ATM cards. Additionally, the apartment is located just 1 to 3 blocks away from most of Copacabana’s famous nightly attractions. Macbook Pro The apartment has an Apple laptop which you can use at any time of day or night, free of charge. Wireless Internet Virtually anywhere in the apartment you may access the Internet through our wireless system. Description:This Luxurious three bedroom condo is the largest at the Royal Palms. It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator or stair access. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with all the conveniences of home. The décor of Suite 7 has a tasteful Caribbean/​Mexican flavor with smooth marble tile floors, comfortable sea grass woven living room furniture and beautiful bedroom furniture and accessories throughout. It has three lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 full baths and a powder room. There are two roomy master suites with private baths. One bathroom is exceptionally large with a Jacuzzi bathtub and the other has a stand up shower. Both Master suites have king size beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, it is a private bedroom but adjoins the larger master with a separate door (a great option with kids). The bedrooms all have balconies overlooking popular 5th Avenue, which allows only pedestrians. The fabulous kitchen has marble countertops, beautiful Talavera tile and is equipped with full size appliances including a counter top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker (filtered water) helpful for making margaritas! Mix your ice cold beverages at the wet bar which includes a sink and wine cooler. The glass top of the dining table is supported by a classic Mexican Talavera vase surrounded by built in seating and chairs in a roomy nook. Apartment details (description and PRICE quoted by airbnb is for 1 bedroom with ensuite (and usually EXCLUSIVE use of apartment) any time EXCEPT FOR above periods: Olympics 2012 and any Christmas/​New Year when the price changes but you still have exclusive use): The room advertised (there are others sometimes available) is quite large by central London standards (4mx3m) and has a king size bed, 2 wardrobes and a private ensuite bathroom with a power shower, wall hung toilet. designer basin, mirror, etc. The bedroom has lovely views over the private gardens which can be enjoyed from the bedroom's balcony. This is a recently decorated duplex apartment right in the centre of London. I would say that it is 4/​5 star hotel suite style accommodation when you see all the extra facilities you have at your disposal - read on to see what they are.... You are slap bang in the middle of London in Covent Garden - which makes seeing all other parts of London a lot easier as there's less distance to go. There are several different tube (metro) lines within 2 mins walk and lots of buses going in all directions. Plus overground train stations a short distance away either walking or going on tube. As you are right in the centre you will save LOADS of money on transport. Public Transport in London is EXPENSIVE so being able to walk to virtually every major tourist destination in town is going save you loads. e.g 1 day travel card zones 1&2 which covers underground, buses, trains etc. costs £8.00 daily or £27.60 weekly!! Multiply that by 2 and you are spending a lot. Much better to just spend the money on a cheap bus fare when really necessary (or even a cab) rather than pay a small fortune daily just to get to the centre. Covent Garden may be buzzing all day and night but the apartment is on a quiet side street, so is peaceful enough for this central location. The main bedrooms are not on the street side of the building so they are very quiet. The apartment is kitted out with all the latest gadgets and stuff that cool apartments should have. Real wood floors, designer lighting, 50 LCD with internet, surround sound/​hifi blu-ray, huge funky red leather corner sofa, open plan kitchen with American style fridge freezer w/​ice maker and filtered water, wine cooler/​cellar, dishwasher, nespresso machine, washer/​drier, balcony accessed from lounge with table and chairs overlooking large, beautiful private gardens (see photos) which you have access to! This is almost impossible to have in this part of town! You have Soho at a couple of mins walk but when at home you have none of the noise and drunken chaos of that part of town. So you'll sleep peacefully. Within walking distance: virtually every theatre, the British Museum, Tate Modern, loads more museums, places of historical interest, the river Thames, South Bank, London Eye, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace, cinemas, pubs, literally thousands of shops, boutiques, open air markets, bars, restaurants, clubs - all walking distance. Too many things to list here. And Hoxton/​Shoreditch/​Camden etc. is not far away by tube, bus or cab (less than 10 mins).... a nice area to visit by day or night but you wouldn't want to sleep there as a tourist! The flat has wifi, cable LAN, washer/​drier, dishwasher, dvd rental subscription for that night you may want to stay in, lots and lots of stuff - did I mention the balcony which catches the setting sun every day? All in all a fantastic flat in an incredible location! Not to be missed! There is no private pool - but there is one of the few open air heated pools in London 30 seconds walk away! It's even visible from the apartment - See the photo of the gardens. There is a gym there too with sauna, classes, indoor pool, squash courts. You can get in using a day pass and it works out very cheap. Hey, there are even some open air tennis courts walking distance that can be hired if you're feeling really sporty. Alternatively, you can jog round any of the lovely parks we have nearby - Hyde park, Regents Park, St. James Park and Green Park are all close by.
