Security deposit: $100 (charged via AirBnB prior to your arrival, returned 48-hours after your departure) 2. Cleaning fee: $75 (due in cash upon arrival) 3. Extra cleaning & linen change during your stay: $50 (can be arranged after check-in) 4. There is one flight of exterior stairs to reach the apartment 5. Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) in the apartment or at the property (that includes the balcony, porch & garden) 6. We do not have parking at the premises 7. We do not have laundry on the premises 8. The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests sharing 1 bed (queen size). The living room is not suitable for sleeping. 9. We do not have cribs or other sleeping arrangements for babies (guests often contact a local rental service for these items)
