Description:Ginny's lovely condo up on the top (4th) floor features a breath-taking 180 degree totally unobstructed panoramic view of beautiful Sail Bay. The almost floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows and sliding glass door in the living room lead out to the balcony, with a table and chairs for enjoying the view. This is the only floor which provides a view of the entire ocean horizon as well as the bay. From here you might catch a glimpse of the green flash on cloudless days but on the days with a few clouds, the sunsets are magnificent. nThis large 900 sq ft penthouse condo has 3 queen beds and is tastefully decorated with accents of ocean blues, sandy tans and off-whites that accentuate relaxation and comfort. The gas fireplace is wonderful for cozy romantic evenings and the large comfy sofa and over-sized chair are great for relaxing with a book, watching TV or enjoying the view. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are fully equipped with all the necessities of home. Since you are on the top floor, you will never hear anyone walking above you. Hear the ocean roar in this very comfortable 850 square foot cabin in front of the wood fireplace. nOnly a four minute walk to the beach, this cabin comes with a fully supplied kitchen, large Knotty Pine living room with vaulted ceiling, and comes with a stereo with CD player, Ipod hookup, high speed internet and phone service with free long distance calls throughout the US and Canada. n32 flat screen HDTV/ DVD player with expanded HD cable service, along with a 2nd HDTV/DVD player in the master bedroom, to relax during those blustery days. We have a large and varied collection of over 200 DVDs for your enjoyment. Large deck has a wonderful partial ocean view, a great view of Cape Lookout and a peak view of the Arch Capes. Kids are very welcome here with games, legos, toys and beach toys. We have a burley trailer that has been used to cart the smaller kids down to the beach. nOur kitchen is very well supplied and stocked. We have a large variety of pots, pans, a crab pot, all the staples, a variety of teas and spices (thanks to my wife who is a great cook). Having stayed at rental homes ourselves, we have been determined to provide our guests with a kitchen that leaves them feeling at home. Guests have told us they brought many more items from home that they found at our cabin. Our bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer and an ample supplies of towels and toiletries. n nWant to play in the chilly Pacific? We also have a large selection of full wetsuits (from child size 4 to XXXL adult), booties, gloves, hoods and boogie boards at the cabin available for your use.
