The apartment consists of an spacious open space area with bedroom area, living and dining-room, a bathroom with a shower and a carefully equipped kitchen. The apartment has fine polished pine wood floors and new double glazed windows. Lastly, the flat features under the floor heating (only needed in wintertime!). Upon your arrival you’ll receive the apartment keys from Mrs. Madalena. Madalena is waiting for you at the apartment. This can also serve as a living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as Satellite TV. Lovely roses and olive trees grow in the large, enclosed garden. There is also a swimming pool which is shared with the owner, who occasionally lives in a back section of the villa.
