Conveniently located adjacent to Knudson Cove Marina and near Clover Pass Resort at Mile 14 North Tongass Highway, you are right on the fishing grounds for catching five species of salmon (King, Coho, Sockeye, Chum and Humby) along with a wide variety of bottom fish (halibut, ling cod, Yellow Eye or Red Snapper, and Rock cod to name a few). n nThe first floor in this two-story house has an open floor plan. The outfitted full kitchen has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator, glass top electric range, over-counter microwave and is stocked with condiments, staples, coffee, tea, spices. Breakfast foods are not provided. n nThe dining room has a large table with ten chairs and the island in the kitchen can seat four more people. Additional seating is provided in the living room around the coffee table with a pop-up top. n nThe laundry room/mud room has a large capacity front load washer and electric dryer, a place to hang coats, and a small chest freezer. The covered deck has hooks for rain gear, small table and deck chairs, gas BBQ grill and crab cooker. Watch the beautiful sunsets as you sit around the fire pit in the evening and reminisce about your day 's activities. Dry wood is provided under the deck. n nThe gas fireplace in the living room provides a relaxing atmosphere and quickly warms a chilly evening. The house has DirectTV with movie channels and sports package as well as wireless internet and a private telephone line with an extension phone in every room. The 42 flat screen HD television can be viewed from the dining room as well as the living room. All of the bedrooms have a 19 flat screen HD television. n nThe bedroom on the first floor is convenient for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs. This bedroom has two twin beds that can be set up as a King upon request PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. This room has access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combination. n nEach of the four bedrooms upstairs has a private bathroom with corner shower. Description:Harbour Island boasts three and a half miles of the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean, if not the world. The Easter House is located just steps from the beach, and is adjacent to the world famous Pink Sands Hotel. Located within walking distance of quaint colonial Dunmore Town, this four bedroom beach house is the perfect secluded setting for your Bahamian vacation. The Easter House was built in the late 1970 's in the community of houses, just north of the Pink Sands hotel on Harbour Island 's world famous beach. The house has four bedrooms and a spacious living room with breathtaking views of the ocean and southern Eleuthera. We have just completed an extensive renovation, including the three bathrooms and central air conditioning. The first floor of the house has an entry hall and large living room with glass sliding doors on two sides that open on to an outside deck. The living room also includes a dining area and a working stone fireplace. There is a spacious kitchen with a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer. There are two bedrooms on the main floor (one king and one queen) both with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the large outside deck. The upstairs bedrooms (both with 2 twin beds) share a bath and have spectacular views of the water. There are also two small outside decks upstairs.
