Description:The development of detached villas with private swimming pools is set in the Domaine de Fontenelles complex, on the golf course with tennis and a Club House Bar and Brasserie. We have a selection of these villas EEC for 8 persons, each with a private swimming pool. They are all large 4 bedroomed detached villas with 3 bath and shower rooms and every villa is furnished to the owners tastes. Situated 8 km away from St Gilles Croix de Vie. nAccommodation and facilities nVilla EEC is for 8 people and approximately 128 m². nThe large private swimming pool takes pride of place in the spacious, enclosed garden (approximately 1000m²) giving plenty of space for play and relaxation. All the gardens are furnished with a pleasant gazebo 11.50m² and large terrace. nOn the ground floor there is a large lounge with dining area with a good sized fitted kitchen area, 1 bedroom with a dressing area and with ensuite shower room and separate toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dish washer, ceramic cooking hobs, a cooker hood, a fridge/​freezer and an electric oven. nThe ground floor measures a total of 82m² with the large lounge measuring 42m² and kitchen 14m². The bedroom is spacious at 14m² with a dressing area of 5m² and wardrobes.
