A large, independent three-story apartment in the left wing is available for rental. It is furnished with antiques, period paintings, and objets d 'arts that have been in the family since the 16th century. The apartment was restored in 1990 and partially refurbished in 2003. Most rooms have original parquet floors and ceilings with plaster moldings. The bathrooms are done in hand painted Vietri tiles and have new fixtures. A member of the Marcello family resides in a separate part of the villa and is available to welcome guests and offer assistance during their stay. Outdoor amenities include a classic Italian garden with a fountain, Greek mythical statues, flower beds, and lawns. The park (7 hectares) is fully enclosed and is framed by rows of hornbeams, limes, and oaks. Outbuildings include a dove cote and chapel. There is a large fish pond with running water and woods with century-old trees. There is a private sitting room with sofa, writing desk, and closet. The entire suite has exposed beam ceilings and windows. On the right side of the landing, a hallway leads to the dining room (furnished with a table for 8) and a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and toaster).
