We have a selection of these villas EEC for 8 persons, each with a private swimming pool. They are all large 4 bedroomed detached villas with 3 bath and shower rooms and every villa is furnished to the owners tastes. Situated 8 km away from St Gilles Croix de Vie. nAccommodation and facilities nVilla EEC is for 8 people and approximately 128 m². nThe large private swimming pool takes pride of place in the spacious, enclosed garden (approximately 1000m²) giving plenty of space for play and relaxation. All the gardens are furnished with a pleasant gazebo 11.50m² and large terrace. nOn the ground floor there is a large lounge with dining area with a good sized fitted kitchen area, 1 bedroom with a dressing area and with ensuite shower room and separate toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dish washer, ceramic cooking hobs, a cooker hood, a fridge/freezer and an electric oven. nThe ground floor measures a total of 82m² with the large lounge measuring 42m² and kitchen 14m². The architect used many curved lines and lots of exposed wood, so there is definitely a nautical feel. Enter through the front door and you'll find the first living room, a great spot to read and relax. There is a small bar that connects with the large kitchen. The dining area has a picture window overlooking the pool and gardens. The kitchen is brand new, and has a six burner gas stove, range hood, dishwasher, two basin sink, and a large refrigerator, all stainless steel. You'll find the master bedroom on the first floor. It has a king size bed imported from Java. The master bath has a double vanity and a shower with hand molded tub. There is also a powder room the first floor for guests and wet people. n nMake your way to the second floor and you'll find the second living area. There is a television, sitting area and a large wrap around porch overlooking the pool and gardens. Step out through either glass door onto the patio and soak in the sun. There are chairs and a coffee table in front of the large television with DVD. There is a generous walk-in closet. The master bath has a marble counter with two sinks and both a jet Jacuzzi with hand shower and a glass shower with rain shower head. n* The second master bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the mountains and a glass door to the patio which goes around the building toward the bay. There are two chairs and a coffee table and a chest of drawers and closet space. The private bathroom includes a shower and sink with marble countertop. n* The third bedroom has two double size beds, 2 matching chests of drawers, and a view to the bay and downtown. The bathroom has a sink and shower as well as a closet with extra drawers. n* The fourth bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and built in closet and chest of drawers with the half bath next door. n nThe building also includes a grand 2 story entrance lobby with designer furniture, covered parking, 24 hour security, a business center with Wi-Fi and iMac computers for your use, separate men's and womene28099s spas with steam/sauna room, showers, and Jacuzzis, a fully stocked exercise room, a huge infinity swimming pool with a view of the sunset, stairs to the beach with rinse-off shower, and a deluxe cinema with several reclining theater chairs and a bar/lounge area for entertaining. n nOur property manager will greet you in the lobby, orient you, provide instructions for using equipment, and can help arrange optional cleaning services, groceries, and cooking services. Children are welcome! No smoking and pets please. n nNote: 8th floor is actually at 10th floor level because of the lobby and mezzanine levels below the 1st floor. The A condos of tower 3 are the only Peninsula condos with views toward downtown not blocked by other Peninsula buildings, and the height is perfect!
