Fenced for your privacy, the villa grounds come complete with a Little Tikes swing set, and Little Tikes children’s play house. The large pie shaped lot offers plenty of room to play both inside and outside of the screened pool area. Enjoy a brand new 22 X 13 foot custom Nemo Kiddie pool plus a 30 X 15 foot main pool with 3 sprayers and 6 foot circular spa. The Nemo Kiddie pool ranges in depth from 4 to 16 inches, has a sprayer fountain and a bubly gusher in Nemo',s tail. The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. The 13 X 9 foot Lanai (covered patio area) adjoining the villa is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy breakfast.
