The large pie shaped lot offers plenty of room to play both inside and outside of the screened pool area. Enjoy a brand new 22 X 13 foot custom Nemo Kiddie pool plus a 30 X 15 foot main pool with 3 sprayers and 6 foot circular spa. The Nemo Kiddie pool ranges in depth from 4 to 16 inches, has a sprayer fountain and a bubly gusher in Nemo',s tail. The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet.
