Their reflective surface, their uneven texture and their glow all conjuring up into an imagination of a creature - that lived in our surrounding water perhaps many centuries ago. Their presence all around the building representing their omni- presence perhaps as nature designed it to be. n nThe guest bedroom downstairs has a hanging installation made from golden beaten leaves and copper bells. The inspiration for this piece comes from the flora of the sea representing sea weeds and other plants that exist in the ocean. The dynamic nature of the installation a testimony to the natural movement of plants that live deep in our ocean and the installation represents an immersive underwater experience for the guests. nAs you make your way into the property to the main living area you are greeted by hundreds of creatures hanging from the ceiling representing another category of marine life. The installation is made from basic washers, fishing line and small beads again creating the effect of swarms of sea creatures gleaming and moving through the deep sea. Find yourself immersed in their lives as you watch them change color, texture and character through the day from sunrise to sunset. n nThe master bedroom finds itself as a haven for golden turtle like creatures adorning the walls made from antique copper plates and small bowls. The natural corrosion on the plates has been retained to represent the texture and appearance of these sea creatures. n nThe residence also doubles up as a galleria has prize winning art work, real pashminas and vinatge champagne as part of the luxury experience - all collectors' items to experience, treat your eyes or actually buy as you may wish. n
