Description:Lovely 3 bedroom family home in Bexley, Sydney. 2 rooms have queen sized beds in, the 3rd room has a pull out double sofa bed (best for children or one adult - not the most comfortable!), a single bed and a cot. There is also a travel cot available for use. Parking available in the drive or on-street. Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a balcony overlooking a park and top of the reserve. There is a small secure garden with a gate onto a children's playground. 2 minutes down the hill is another children's playground and bushland reserve. A lovely walk through bush to the local pool, or Golf Club. Fantastic for easy pic-nics. Our home is situated a 15 minute walk from 2 stations. Frequent trains to the city take only 20 minutes.Alternatively, the city is about 1/2hr drive. We're less than 10 minutes drive to Brighton-le-Sands beach and 5 minutes walk from the local Golf Club. 10 minutes drive from Hurstville with plenty of shopping, cinemas, eating places and colourful Chinese restaurents and shops. The usual take-aways all close (inluding MacDonalds and Aporto Chicken). Most take-aways deliver. We hope you enjoy our home.
