The smoke-free house is simply adorable with lots of light, an open great room with a gas fireplace and a large deck with views of the pine trees and ski hills off in the distance. The large kitchen and dining area allow for catching up over a good meal, making this home great for families with kids. It is surrounded by pine trees and on a very quiet street. It is heaven! nThere is a large two car garage with a level driveway for easy winter access and parking for up to 4 cars. Guest access to the Tahoe Donner amenities is included with the rental. Tahoe Donner has a newly renovated and expanded fitness center, three swimming pools, a highly regarded eighteen hole golf course, a cross country ski center and extensive hiking and biking trails, an equestrian center, a beach marina at Donner Lake, and a family friendly downhill ski area. nThis home is located fifteen to twenty minutes from a number of ski areas including Alpine, Squaw Valley, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, and Boreal.
