Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, private courtyard with a outdoor eating area that has a BBQ, patio furniture, and an outdoor shower. Queen beds in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room... The kitchen has all high end appliances Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system. The neighborhood is the best area of Venice beach, very quiet and safe. A 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops on Washington Bl.. Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1 block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away. The cottage has all quality linens/towels, we also have DSL, 3 plasma TV’s with Direct TV/HBO, DVD, local phone service, washer/dryer, fax, beach chairs, body boards, fishing pole, and bikes can be rented for $50 per week. 1 car garage for small to medium sized cars.
