If you don 't fancy any of that effort, our concierge services can arrange for a chef to do the cooking and cleaning staff to take care of the dishes. Description:New luxury 4 bedroom home with a large private pool and only a short walk to the beach. House is over 3600 sq ft plus three covered decks, covered pool rancho and a thatched roof rancho. A beautifully landscaped 1 1/4 acre yard gives you privacy and it is truly like your own resort. Property is in a gated community and backyard is gated and home has 24 hour monitored alarm system. All bedrooms are large with king size beds and each having their own private bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath off of the pool area. The kitchen is large with GE stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and includes a wine fridge. Living room is large with 60 flat screen TV. r nThe backyard is spectacular with a large pool, waterfall and a separate splash pool that is great for children. There is a covered rancho beside the bar with bar and stool, fridge, sink, ice make, BBQ and TV. Follow the pathway and it will lead you to a propane firepit. Continue along and the thatched roof rancho houses two large hammocks. A great little break from the sun or just a quiet spot to read a book. r nOur property has had all appliances and furniture shipped in from Miami. We designed this property for our retirement and once you arrive you will probably not want to leave. It is just a short walk to Brasilito and Conchal beaches. There are many restaurants, bars and tour offerings in the area.

Description:Casa Ix Chel - A Tamarindo Family/Large Group Vacation Home n nStep through the gates of Casa Ix Chel and you'll find yourself in a tropical garden containing many species of tropical flowers and fruit trees including coconuts, bananas, papayas and lemons. Walk up the path to the home and you will find the swimming pool, which has a shallow section designed for lounging submerged, and the outdoor eating area, surrounded by palms and bougainvillea. n nThe home stands 3 stories tall. The architect used many curved lines and lots of exposed wood, so there is definitely a nautical feel. Enter through the front door and you'll find the first living room, a great spot to read and relax. There is a small bar that connects with the large kitchen. The dining area has a picture window overlooking the pool and gardens. The kitchen is brand new, and has a six burner gas stove, range hood, dishwasher, two basin sink, and a large refrigerator, all stainless steel. You'll find the master bedroom on the first floor. It has a king size bed imported from Java. The master bath has a double vanity and a shower with hand molded tub. There is also a powder room the first floor for guests and wet people. n nMake your way to the second floor and you'll find the second living area. Description:Casa Lucky Monkey House 2 is located just a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach in Tamarindo, made famous by the classic surf flick Endless Summer. From the property perched on the hill above Tamarindo Bay, the ocean is visible beyond the seascape sunset. The ocean is visible beyond the trees even from the ground floor and the view from the higher floors looks out over Tamarindo bay and toward Langosta. nThis wonderful three-story house is set in a grassy courtyard with a small pool.
