As a matter of fact, these guest rooms are on the complete opposite ends from the master bedroom (our room) of the condo, separated by 2 long hallways and kitchen. Free Wi Fi. Washer/Dryer. Well appointed kitchen for your use. Access to 2 rooftop swimming pools (one is an Olympic sized Lap pool!), Hot tub, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Rec Room, state of the art Gym, Pool Table, and Business Center. Outside parking is available within 2 blocks for appx $5.00 per day (including overnight). Inside parking in our building is $25 per day. Description:Step into this beautiful sanctuary. It's your temporary oasis away from home. The 837 sq. foot apartment is located in Miami Beach, in the center of it all (South Beach). One-bedroom with queen-size bed, full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The unit is beautifully decorated with eclectic art, handmade and vintage pieces. Condo directly faces the water, so you can relax on the balcony with views of the bay, sunsets, downtown Miami, Wynwood district and the cruises. You can also enjoy my little garden which is on the balcony. Laundry is available on the same floor of the unit. Apartment includes free wifi internet, cable and valet parking (at a cost), or street parking. The building has an amazing pool and jacuzzi facing the water (bayside), large state-of-the-art gym, convenience store in the lobby, sauna, etc. The building is next to the famous Mondrian South Beach Hotel. Directly in front of our building is a Whole Foods, Starbucks, Walgreens and a number of trendy restaurants and cafe's. There is a public park one block away with tennis and basketball courts. It also has a kiddie park and an olympic pool (free access). The park also offers yoga several days of the week for a $5 donation and tennis lessons for $20. In front of our building you will also find a bike rental available, however, in the price I include access to my cruiser (bike) during the length of your stay which you can use to go to the beach, Lincoln Road, South Pointe Park, restaurants, etc. Lincoln Road, the beach, the parks, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, or a 2-5 minute taxi ride. Luckily, the Mondrian Hotel (next door) always has taxis available so you don't have to deal with the hustle. Another wonderful thing, you can experience the best of South Beach with the South Beach Local bus. Ride for only 25¢ per trip. Buses run every 12 to 20 minutes daily, stopping at popular destinations throughout SoBe. All the air-conditioned minibuses are bike- and wheelchair accessible for your convenience. So climb aboard and leave the walking for a leisurely stroll down Lincoln Road or Española Way. Or take the South Beach Local down to South Pointe Park for a view of Fisher Island and cruise ships sailing out of the Port of Miami. Hop on again and ride in comfort to any of your favorite places on Washington Avenue. The South Beach Local makes getting around SoBe a breeze.
