We have a seasonally heated large outdoor pool and a kiddie pool too! There is a barbecue grill located on either side of our sun deck. There are 2 coin operated laundry rooms on each floor conveniently located on the north and south sides. Elevators and well lighted stairwells on both sides serves all 5 floors. Luggage carts are available under the stairwells for your convenience. Our onsite manager is on hand to make your stay the most enjoyable one ever. In our clubhouse, you can pick up an umbrella for one of our outside tables, grab shuffleboard equipment to play on one of our 2 shuffleboard courts, pick a book or game to read or play from our library. WiFi Internet access is available at no extra charge and a computer is available in the clubhouse for your use. You and your family can build sandcastles, walk, collect shells, swim, sunbathe, surf and fish on our traffic-free beach. We are large enough to accommodate, but small enough to be personal too! Description:Our complex ',OCEAN REEF VILLAS', is small, very friendly (48 condos) some are live in owners. Very close to drug stores super markets, restaurants, etc. We have guests happy that come back year after year! Every thing is almost new.~ I furnished it in tropical style and comfort being for most in my mind, with ample seating for guests. Every thing is provided, just bring yourselves, clothes, and tooth brush. Boogie boards, puzzles and toys are here. New Smyrna Beach is the nicest city in Florida. Has much to explore and see. It is quaint, quiet, yet the old town business',s and shops exciting. Orlando, (Disney, Universal, Water world and etc.) St Augustine, Cape Canaveral are all with in a 1.5 to 2 hours drive. Daytona is 20 minutes away. Our pool is heated in winter and has a deep end which is rare in most condo complexes. Also we have a kiddie pool for the little ones. A tennis court is along the north side of the building. Also a party room or club house. Also an on site manager.
