Two bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, utility room with washer and dryer accompany the fully equipped kitchen (can',t figure why anyone would want to cook with so many great places to eat!), internet and TVs in the bedrooms and living room. You will have to see the view to believe it! Panama City Beach',s most spectacular view can be enjoyed from the 21st floor balcony.We have gone to great lengths to make our unit a tasteful, warm place to spend time. Please note that we speak personally with renters so we can get to know them. We want families to enjoy our condo as much as we do. We also want them to treat it with the same respect that we do. The same as you would want if we rented your home. If you are looking for a fabulous place to relax and enjoy your time together, call us... we',d love to have you enjoy our home. We want this to be your best vacation ever!!Unit 2105 is professionally decorated with Coastal design furnishings. Starting with custom paint and drapes, proceeding to the decorator quality furniture and then to the designer linens one can easily discern that this is an unusual find in the rental market on the beach. In the living room you will find a sofa that makes a queen size bed. The TV with DVD player is housed in a beautiful armoire. For the men, there is a wonderfully comfortable leather recliner. Great place to tune in a good ballgame and take a nap. High speed internet is available.Our intent in the dining room was to design a place to have your meals and then lean back and enjoy visiting over a cup of coffee. The low chairs are all arm chairs, with padded seats and they are on casters and swivel. Verrry comfortable. You will be delighted to find all the necessary kitchen wares including blender, mixer, toaster, etc. to compliment the new appliances. However if your idea of a vacation does not include cooking, there is a telephone book in the drawer that lists all the restaurants available.Your master bedroom is furnished with a hand painted armoire in which you will find a large TV with DVD. Doors lead to the balcony and an adjoining master bath. Now in your bath you will find a large walk-in closet, private toilet and a HUGE dual head shower - large enough for 2 people (use your own judgement). Ralph Lauren linens, hair dryer, closet organizers all make your stay stress free and pleasurable.The 2nd bedroom is a special place. The atmosphere here is cozy due to the custom colors as well as the coordinated bed linens, furnishings, and bath accessories. A queen size iron bed is dressed with custom linens. You will enjoy reading, watching the LCD TV or just chilling in this inviting place. Two bunks complete the sleeping accommodations. They have full size twin mattresses. Don',t forget, there is a washer and dryer right there in the unit. No need to take dirty clothes home! There is a starter supply of washer and dish detergent, paper towels, toilet tissue and bath soap . Just replace it when you make your first trip to Wal-Mart (right on Thomas Drive). Several restaurants (Scampy',s (great flounder), Schooners (drink, dine, dance), Montego Bay (order the seafood bisque, our favorite), as well as a Waffle House, gas/convenience store, beach wear and supply are within less than a block. Captain Anderson',s marina and restaurant is less than a mile. You can walk to St. Andrew',s State Park where you can find all the water sports available.

Description:Peachtree Place (phase 2), built in 1998, has two 21 unit three story buildings located on the north side of Front Beach Road (this two lane road parallels the beachfront east/west). There are two building phases to Peachtree - phase 1 and phase 2. We are in the newer phase 2. The most notable differences between the two phases are that phase 2 has a very privately located pool area (it is surrounded by the two condo buildings and a very nice area of magnolia trees and scrub brush which provide both shelter and privacy), an elevator which links the two condo buildings in a common breezeway and the units are set slightly farther back from the two lane road than phase 1 which effectively limits any traffic noise. It',s very peaceful and quiet!From the elevator, the Gulf and beach is about 600 feet away and is about a two minute walk out the driveway (honestly!), across the two lane road and either between two 22 story beachfront buildings or across a nearby wooden walkway for public access. It',s quick and easy! Although it is not directly on the beach and does not overlook the beach, is that a disadvantage to you? Consider being on the 18th floor on one of these buildings perhaps looking down and or waiting for long periods of time for an available elevator! They',re more crowded (especially at poolside) and beachfront prices are also a lot more expensive! Often too there are long walks (with groceries perhaps?) from the parking garages to the building',s elevators. By contrast, in The unit itself is located about mid way along one of the two Peachtree buildings pf phase 2 on the top most floor and directly overlooks the pool and the surrounding wetlands. It',s a perfect location! The pool area is surrounded by an extensive wetland area (which prevents any building) and contains magnolia trees, palms and low lying brush. Birds and tree frogs can often be seen (and heard!). It often feels very peaceful, secluded and private. The unit itself is attractively decorated, kept very clean and is well equipped and quiet. There are two bedrooms and the unit accomodates six persons comfortably. There is a king bed in the master (with a separate enclosed master bathroom) and a queen bed in the second bedroom (a full bathroom is also available in the hallway). There is also a two person sleeper pullout couch in the den. The unit is fully equipped with all cookware, linens and has multiple TV',s, CD/stereo and DVD player. Peachtree, you can be at the pool in less than 30 seconds! The complex is small, intimate, private and often it feels that you almost have the whole place to yourself! Parking is also quick and easy and you can be back in the unit within minutes rather than a long walk from a parking garage. It',s conveniently located on the residential west end of Panama City Beach and is far away from the more congested and often noisier party areas of the beach strip located some distance to the east (Thomas Drive area for instance). Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are still only a very short drive away and are quickly and easily accessible! Don',t forget to check out the new Pier Park too – it',s about 3 miles away! Awesome!

Description:Our luxury Beach home is perfect for family reunions, a large family, or several families vacationing together. This home has 5 bedrooms, including 4 master suites with king beds and private baths. One of the master suites can be used as an Au Pair Suite (Equipped with a crib) or as a Family Suite with 2 oversized chairs that convert to twin beds. There is also a bunkroom that sleeps 8, containing 2 queen, 2 full, and 4 twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have flat panel TVs. The 1st floor has a wet bar with ice maker and beverage cooler (convenient to the private pool), a media/recroom, the bunkroom and 1 private master suite. The 2nd floor has a private master suite, office, laundry room, powder room, an open living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 porches, one is screened, with amazing Lake and Gulf views. The 3rd floor has 2 master suites and another Gulfview porch great for naps. Our home provides privacy rarely found this close to the beach and all the other wonderful amenities Watersound has to offer.

An elevated crosswalk connects this beach front building to the other grand buildings which make up the remaining structures of this elegant resort. Once you park your car, you won',t need it again. You can shop, dine, exercise, enjoy a day at the spa or swim in one of the 6 fabulous pools (two are currently open in the Grand and Grand Vista Towers).
