Description:This beautifully decorated home is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Youe28099ll love the open floor plan and two-story den with windows to enjoy the view of the Lake. Italian Travertine tile floors and granite countertops give an elegant look and feel to our home. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, 4-stool breakfast bar, and a four-seat dining table. The master suite on the main level is a king bed with a soaking tub and separate shower in the bathroom, along with our queen bedroom. The suite upstairs has 3 twin beds with an entertainment center and seating plus a full bath, a great retreat for the rest of the family! There are flat-screen TVe28099s and DVD players in the den and each bedroom with free Wi-Fi Internet service. Our washer and dryer are also included with laundry soap & dryer sheets. We prepare our home for you with 2 beach towels, paper goods, linens, beach chairs & umbrella along with beach toys. Two bikes are provided for your stay as well! Enjoy relaxing on the covered, back and front porch overlooking the lake while you grill. Bask in the sun at the Laurel Grove pool Including a hot tub, gazebo along with the club house and fitness center just around the corner from our front door. n n This is a highly secure, exclusive, gated community resort. You will enjoy extensive landscaping w/lush flowers, trees and Florida/Key West type architecture. These beaches are known for their blue-green emerald waters along the nearly pure white crystal sand. The Finz Restaurant on the beach, often in the summer has a live band performing on the boardwalk. Also featured are 4 world class golf courses, but that's not all, in this resort you are also on the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay and 13 World Class Tennis Courts and private ocean going yachts and fishing boats at the marina. n n It is just a very short drive to the beach or village, with ample parking. You can take the water ferry across the bay to the pedestrian friendly Baytowne Village Wharf on the bay side of the Resort where you can stroll the Marina, shop till you drop or just relax and enjoy the entertainment.
