We offer an approximately 2,500 sq. ft, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house in a quiet, established neighborhood in Waikoloa Village. r n r nTwo of the bedrooms come furnished with a California king size bed and the third bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed which turns into two twins. With advance notice, the twin beds can be combined into an Eastern king size bed. All three bedrooms offer complete privacy as two of the bedrooms on the main level are at opposite ends of the house while the third bedroom is located downstairs, complete with its own sitting room, patio and view of the backyard. The linens are top quality and the towels are big and thick. Two of the bathrooms boast walk-in showers and the third has a shower over tub combination. All vanities have granite counter tops. r n r nAll bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans and take advantage of the island breezes. Imagine enjoying Hawaii's famous Kona coffee on the completely sheltered lanai (balcony) which spans the full length of the house or relaxing in the hammock with a book on your lap. r n r nThe gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops too, with full back splashes and custom mango wood cabinetry.
