Our Unit is on the end of the building right on the ocean, so the only sounds you hear are ocean sounds. n nDeal directly with the owners so you know exactly what you are getting. We are very happy to provide references, we have had many happy guests in the 12 1/2 years we have owned at Waiohuli Beach Hale. n nThe condo is completely furnished with upgraded amenities, not your typical rental unit. It is furnished for our families enjoyment, and we visit frequently to assure everything is ship shape. Full ocean front means FULL ocean front. n n Waiohuli Beach Hale is a NO Smoking complex and no pets are allowed. n nLocated near a shopping center which has fine dining, fast foods, super market, nPost Office, Longs Drug, ice cream store, shops and boutiques which enables you to save money on gas. No need to drive for groceries or shopping. Maui bus stop is 3/4 block down around the corner. n nBe prepared to take lots of photos, the sunsets from the lanai are spectacular, and the moonsets can be too! During whale season you can watch their antics from the lanai....and keep a sharp eye for dolphins as they swim by. Walk the sand beach in both directions. To the right are the old Japanese fish ponds that are being renovated by volunteers. We usually spot several species of birds on our morning walks. n n There are world class golf courses near by and public tennis courts. Kalama Park has a nice children 's play area and tennis courts, only a mile down the road. n nYou will find maps and Maui guide books, as well as Cassette tape trip to Hana. It is just a few minutes walk from the condo. When you stay at Kamaole Sands, you feel like you are in Hawaii. The grounds are very lush and beautifully maintained. The condo is on the ground floor and concrete construction keeps it quiet and cool. The lanai looks onto lush vegetation that creates a tropical, private setting. The BBQ area is conveniently located just around the corner. There are three new gas grills, two large picnic tables, and it is very well maintained. Living Room --**Freshly Painted**-- In August 2011 we updated the living room with a new queen sofa sleeper, recliner, laptop desk, dining set, end table, ottomans and a 46” Sony flat-screen TV. With the TV you can access your accounts on Netflix, Hulu Plus, Pandora, and Slacker. There is also a built in web browser but it is tricky to use with the remote so don’t forget your laptop.
