The apartment is situated within a short walking distance of the pretty village of Gharb with it's good selection of restaurants and other amenities, very, very close to a supermarket selling all yourdaily fresh products just at your doorstep. Back to the apartment terrace, from were one can enjoy the spendid countryside scenery of this part of the island. It is 5 mins drive away from the capital city Victoria and 5 minutes drive from the Azzure Window at Dwerja Inland Sea which is ideal for diving. Xlendi/Ramla bay/San Blas bay are sandy beaches and are all 15minute drive. Experience the making of the famous Gozo Glass at the Craft Village, 5 min walk, or wonder at the spectacular Cathedral of Ta Pinu, which is 10 mins walking or simply relax by the pool and enjoy the sunshine and tranquility of this Island. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds. Bedroom 2 with double bed, en-suite. Bedroom 3 with double bed, en-suite. Bathrooms: En-suites to bed 2 and 3 with shower and wc. Third bathroom with wet room. Calander is most likely not to be updated for the simple reason that we have 2 Penthouses and an apartment! Accessibility The apartment is accessible from stairs or lift. The lift has also an access from the underground car park from were guests access the pool by stairs only. The usage of the pool may be difficult for guests with mobility problems. Outside The swimming pool is shared between the six apartments of Ta' Maria Court and is a great place to relax. Booking notes 4/5/6 people sharing are charged an extra 40 per week per person, surcharge of 60 to cover services is levied over the Christmas/new year and Easter holidays. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance plus refundable breakage deposit of 200 is required 8 weeks before your holiday starts.
