The second bedroom/reading/meditation room is furnished with a convertible bed and is an over sized twin. This loft overlooks College Street and shares a private/restricted hallway with the larger Loft at 35 Patton. The two units comprise the 2nd floor of this building. This arrangement is ideal for groups of friends or families.The loft is fully furnished and beautifully decorated to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you have special requests, we will do our best to accommodate you. You will be staying steps from Spa Theology, (their building adjoins ours), galleries, shops, banks, churches, restaurants, clubs, The Asheville Art Museum, and all the many sights of downtown Asheville.
