Description:Fully furnished modern home only 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Port Ohope, Harbour and the jetty. Situated in Port Ohope near the beach and harbour at the end of a cul de sac it is a very secluded location and far from the usual holidaymakers noise and traffic sounds and onlp, skip and a jump from the sea. We wheel our kayak on the trailer down the driveway, over the road and down the sand to the jetty in about 2 minutes on any day. This well located house has all the conveniences such as microwave, dishwasher and BBQ and is modern and very clean. The layout of the house offers separate sleeping for a larger group or is very suited to two families sharing a holiday together. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 queen,1 double, I set bunks with double and single) Full laundry and well equipped kitchen There is a large deck with outside seating for 10 with large cabana umbrellas at both ends of the deck offering shade during the hot mid summer sun. Downstairs there is a separate area with its own access with 1 queen , 2 single and 1 set of bunks with a bathroom and sink bench top/fridge. We are very pet friendly and you are welcome to bring your pets as long as they are kept outside There are bikes at the house which can be used and also a table tennis table This is a fantastic family friendly house which is no fuss and ideal for larger groups with all the mod cons you wouldn't expect to find in a beach house. There is plenty of room to park your boat, bring the kids water toys, rubber inflatable boats and endless enthusiasm for holidays...this house is only 2 minutes home from the beach for a lunch break and there's enough room for a twilight game of cricket on the lawn, we even supply the wheelie bin wickets. If you wish to stay for longer than a couple of weeks then the rate is negotiable We have a round the clock property Manager who is only a phone call away through out the whole of your stay if there is anything you might need even local directions are a breeze.
